Biogas plant in Bernburg officially in operation

The official opening of the state-of-the-art facility in Bernburg (Saale) took place on October 24th, 2022.

Air pictures biomass plant Croebern

After completion of construction works we have made air pictures of the plant in Croebern. The plant treats approx. 42,000 t/a biowaste and green waste coming from municipal collection in our Herhof fermenters and bio boxes.

Composting plant in Bayreuth officially opened

On Monday, September 12, 2022, the new composting plant "Am Buchstein" in the district Bayreuth was officially opened by the Bavarian State Minister for Environment and Consumer Protection, Thorsten Glauber. District administrator Florian Wiedemann and other well-known politicians from city and district of Bayreuth also took part in the opening ceremony.

After completion of construction works we have made air pictures of the plant in Bernburg. The plant treats approx. 26,000 t/a digestate coming from a plug flow process in our Herhof bio boxes.

Opening ceremony of biomass plant in Croebern

After two years of construction time the compost and energy plant (KEA) in Croebern was festive commissioned on 08.07.2022.
The plant handles 42,000 tons of biowaste of the city and county of Leipzig and produces compost and biogas.
